Fee Schedule
Effective: October 14, 2026
This Fee Schedule sets out everything UnderForest LLC, doing business as TradingMixer ("TradingMixer," "we," "us," or "our"), charges for the TradingMixer app. It forms part of our Terms of Service. TradingMixer is a software subscription. We are not a broker-dealer, and we do not charge anything based on your trades, your account balance or your results.
1. Subscription Plans

2. Fees We Do Not Charge
- No commissions, per-order fees, or per-trade fees
- No fees based on assets, account value, profits, or trading performance
- No setup, onboarding, account-linking, or cancellation fees
- No fees for disconnecting a brokerage account or deleting your TradingMixer account
3. Brokerage Fees Are Separate
Your brokerage account is held with, and governed by your agreement with, your brokerage firm. Any commissions, regulatory fees, spreads, margin interest, or other charges imposed by your brokerage are set and collected by the brokerage, not by TradingMixer. TradingMixer receives no payment from your brokerage based on your trading.
4. Payment, Taxes, and Renewal
- Payments are processed by Stripe. TradingMixer does not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you live.
- We send a reminder email before a renewal or the end of a trial where our systems support it.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- After a subscription ends, webhooks stop opening new positions, but orders that close existing positions are still allowed.
6. Changes to Fees
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase applies to your subscription. A change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then.
